Theodore B. Passyn III, (Ted Passyn) is one of the two executive officers of The Yorktowne Group. Ted Passyn has been an owner in the construction, development, and real estate investment industry for his entire professional life. Ted continues to lead the firm in business development.
Ted has worked his way through the world of real estate from building single homes on lots to overseeing an array of businesses in a multitude of states. He has overseen the building of hundreds of units including high end custom homes to affordable multifamily sites. Some companies that Ted has worked with are investing in properties that encompass 1,000 or more lots.
